Privacy notice
Last updated 6 August 2026
This privacy notice for Analytica Data Science Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) describes how and why we might collect, store, use and share (“process”) your information when you use our services (“Services”), such as when you visit our website, or engage with us in other related ways including any sales, marketing or events.
Reading this notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you have questions, reach us through the contact form.
Summary of key points
- What personal information do we process? Only what you type into our contact form: your name, your organisation, an email address so we can reply, and your message.
- Do we process sensitive personal information? No.
- Do we receive information from third parties? No.
- Do we sell your information? No, and we never have.
- Is there an account system? No. This is a static site with no registration, no login and no social login.
- Is there tracking? No advertising network, no third-party analytics, and no tracking script.
1. What information do we collect?
In short: we collect the personal information you voluntarily provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services, or otherwise when you contact us. In practice that means the contact form, and the fields it asks for: your name, your organisation, an email address, and your message.
Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.
No accounts and no social login. This site has no registration or login of any kind, and offers no option to sign in with a social media account. We therefore receive no profile information from any social media provider.
Information collected automatically. Our host, Cloudflare Pages, processes standard server request data — including IP address — to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse. We do not use that data to build a profile of you and we do not combine it with anything you submit.
All personal information you provide must be true, complete and accurate, and you should notify us of any changes to it.
2. How do we process your information?
In short: to reply to you, to run and secure our Services, and to comply with law.
- To respond to your enquiry and, where it becomes an engagement, to carry on that conversation.
- To protect our Services — preventing spam and automated abuse of the contact form.
- To comply with our legal obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- To save or protect a person’s vital interests, where necessary to prevent harm.
We do not process your information for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
3. What legal bases do we rely on?
In short: we process your information only where we have a valid legal reason to do so.
If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you. The General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR require us to explain the legal bases we rely on. We may rely on:
- Consent. Where you have given us permission to use your information for a specific purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests. Where processing is reasonably necessary to respond to an enquiry you initiated, or to keep our site secure.
- Legal obligations. Where necessary to comply with law, cooperate with a law-enforcement body or regulator, or exercise or defend our legal rights.
- Vital interests. Where necessary to protect the vital interests of you or a third party.
If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you. We may process your information where you have given express consent, or where consent can reasonably be inferred. You may withdraw consent at any time. In some exceptional cases we may be legally permitted to process without consent, including:
- If collection is clearly in the interests of an individual and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way
- For investigations and fraud detection and prevention
- For business transactions, provided certain conditions are met
- If it is contained in a witness statement and collection is necessary to assess, process or settle an insurance claim
- For identifying injured, ill or deceased persons and communicating with next of kin
- If we have reasonable grounds to believe an individual has been, is, or may be a victim of financial abuse
- If it is reasonable to expect that collection with consent would compromise the availability or accuracy of the information, and collection is reasonable for purposes related to investigating a breach of an agreement or a contravention of the laws of Canada or a province
- If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order or rules of court relating to the production of records
- If it was produced by an individual in the course of their employment, business or profession, and collection is consistent with the purposes for which it was produced
- If collection is solely for journalistic, artistic or literary purposes
- If the information is publicly available and is specified by the regulations
4. When and with whom do we share your information?
In short: with the processors that run this site, and otherwise only where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We rely on the following processors, each under a written contract and each acting only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare — hosting for this site, and Turnstile, which checks that a contact-form submission comes from a person rather than a script. Turnstile is designed not to build a profile of you across sites.
- A transactional email provider — delivers your message to us. It processes the submission only to perform that delivery.
We may also share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
5. How long do we keep your information?
In short: only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us for.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to an engagement is retained for as long as our contractual, professional and legal obligations require. When we have no ongoing legitimate need to process your information we will delete or anonymise it, or — where that is not possible, for example because it sits in a backup archive — securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
6. How do we keep your information safe?
In short: through appropriate organisational and technical measures, with no guarantee of perfection.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the internet and no information storage technology can be guaranteed to be one hundred per cent secure. We cannot promise that hackers, cybercriminals or other unauthorised third parties will not defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal or modify your information. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk, and you should only access the Services within a secure environment.
7. What are your privacy rights?
In short: in some regions you have rights that give you greater access to and control over your personal information.
In some regions — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Canada — you have rights under applicable data protection law. These may include the right to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information; to request rectification or erasure; to restrict processing; and, where applicable, to data portability. In certain circumstances you may also object to processing. Make any such request through the contact form and say what you want; we will act on it in accordance with applicable law.
If you are located in the EEA or the UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Contact details are available from the European Data Protection Board ↗. If you are located in Switzerland, contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner ↗.
Withdrawing your consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, nor processing conducted on lawful grounds other than consent.
8. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most browsers, and some mobile operating systems and applications, include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature you can activate to signal that you do not want your online browsing monitored. No uniform standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised, so we do not respond to DNT signals — but note that this site runs no advertising network, no third-party analytics and no tracking script, so there is no cross-site tracking here for a DNT signal to switch off. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will say so in a revised version of this notice.
9. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?
In short: yes, and we collect none of the categories the regulations enumerate.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, the “Shine The Light” law, permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about the categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of those third parties. We have made no such disclosures.
The California Code of Regulations defines a “resident” as every individual in the State of California for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and every individual domiciled in California who is outside the State for a temporary or transitory purpose. All other individuals are “non-residents”.
What categories of personal information do we collect? In the past twelve months:
| Category | Examples | Collected |
|---|---|---|
| A. Identifiers | Real name, alias, postal address, telephone number, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, account name | No |
| B. Personal information under the California Customer Records statute | Name, contact information, education, employment, employment history, financial information | No |
| C. Protected classification characteristics | Gender and date of birth | No |
| D. Commercial information | Transaction information, purchase history, financial details, payment information | No |
| E. Biometric information | Fingerprints and voiceprints | No |
| F. Internet or other network activity | Browsing history, search history, online behaviour, interest data, interactions with websites and advertisements | No |
| G. Geolocation data | Device location | No |
| H. Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory or similar information | Images, audio, video or call recordings created in connection with business activities | No |
| I. Professional or employment-related information | Business contact details, job title, work history, professional qualifications | No |
| J. Education information | Student records and directory information | No |
| K. Inferences drawn from other personal information | A profile or summary of an individual’s preferences and characteristics | No |
We may collect other personal information outside these categories where you interact with us directly — for example when you contact us for support, or in the course of us responding to your enquiry.
Will your information be shared with anyone else? We may disclose your personal information to our service providers under a written contract; each processes information on our behalf. We may use your information for our own business purposes, such as internal research for technological development, which is not considered “selling”. Analytica Data Science Solutions has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months, and will not sell personal information belonging to website visitors, users or other consumers in the future.
Your rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right to request deletion. You can ask us to delete your personal information, subject to exceptions provided by law.
- Right to be informed. You have a right to know whether we collect and use your personal information; the categories we collect; the purposes; whether we sell it; the categories sold or disclosed for a business purpose; the categories of third parties involved; and the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
- Other rights. You may object to processing, request correction of inaccurate or outdated data, ask us to restrict processing, or designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an agent who does not submit proof of valid authorisation.
Verification. On receiving a request we will need to verify your identity, by matching information you provide against what we already hold. We will use information provided in a request only to verify identity or authority, and we delete any additional information provided for verification as soon as verification is complete.
10. Do we make updates to this notice?
In short: yes, as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date and takes effect as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes we may notify you by prominently posting a notice of the change. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
