Project Description:
A major tech company in Silicon Valley wanted to know how they could improve their employees experience at work. They also wanted to know how they rank compared to other leading companies in Silicon Valley.
To help the client answer these questions we scraped and analyzed comments made by the client’s employees online. We leveraged machine learning and natural language processing algorithms to extract insights around real estate related issues the employees are talking about. We performed similar analyses to leading Tech firms in Silicon Valley and compared those to how the client performed.
