- Human Resource Analytics: Helping Companies Understand Their Employees’ Needs
Project Description:
A fortune 50 company wanted help analyzing employees’ comments and feedback about the company on their quarterly survey. In the survey, employees can enter free text format answers to several questions. Analyzing these free text answers is time consuming, costly, and subjective. The client wanted our help in building an AI solution that would automate this process and make it scalable. The client wanted to find out what employees are talking about, things like working conditions, what enables them, what challenges they face at work etc.
We leveraged Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning algorithms to extract insights from text data. This was then integrated into an interactive text mining Dashboard in the cloud.
Outcome
Fully interactive text mining Dashboard in the cloud. The dashboard allows decision makers to access automated analytical results instantly. It also allows local managers to explore survey results for their regions & sites.
