For over 7 years, Analytica has helped a large Commercial Real Estate Company increase their Hotel Sales by over 13.2 million, changing the way Hotel sales are done.

In 2016, our client, Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) the second-largest commercial real estate company in the world, wanted to know if it would be possible to leverage AI and Big Data solutions to help them sell more hotels in less time by targeting the right customer. Previously, matching property to a buyer can take up to three months of manual labor done by highly paid brokers. Using advanced AI modeling, and in-house developed algorithms, we developed the first commercial hotel recommender system. Our solution matches a property to the best potential buyers. 

The Platform we built pulls data from a multitude of data sources. These data sources included data about hotel sales over the past 25 years. The data feeds include data about clients, properties, and much more.

Our solution’s matching process is instant compared to three months prior. Client reporting savings of millions of dollars a year and higher turnout using our AI platform.
